Postage is free for purchases of 95 euros or more, including VAT, with Colissimo for destinations in mainland France. 

Would you like to make a return? Simply go to your order history and select the product(s) concerned. RCT STORE will only accept returns in the event of order preparation errors or defective products. For size exchanges, the return is at your expense.

Returned parcels can be dropped off at the store, but no refunds or exchanges will be made there.

If your order has been cancelled by the Rctstore team, this is usually due to a stock shortage or a packing error on the part of the warehouse.

The items you have ordered can be very popular, and it is possible for an item to be out of stock just before you place the order. In rare cases, stock cannot be updated in our system in time and the item will be cancelled. We apologize for this!

If you paid by credit card, we have not charged you for cancelled items, and if you paid by PayPal, it may take up to 48-72 hours for the money to appear in your account again.

  1. Log in or register if this is your first visit by clicking on "My account".
  2. Choose your items, select the size and add them to "My basket" >.
  3. Once you have selected your items, return to "My basket" to finalize your order.
  4. Choose delivery via Colissimo or to the RCT STORE Mayol in Toulon.
  5. Select your payment method (credit card or PayPal).
  6. If applicable, enter your discount voucher at the order validation stage (right-hand column).
  7. Check your order details, then confirm.
  8. Within a few minutes, you'll receive an e-mail confirming your order.
  9. You can track your parcel from "My account" (see Parcel tracking)

For security reasons, you cannot validate an order by calling RCTSTORE.COM. Our payment system allows us to be sure that the payment method used is that of the cardholder.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we send you an email confirming shipment of your package, with a tracking link so you can follow the delivery. If you already have your order tracking number, go to the post office website for real-time tracking: https://www.laposte.fr/outils/suivre-vos-envois

You will receive your parcel within 3 to 6 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) from the day your order is validated.

If you are absent at the time of delivery, no problem. A delivery notice will be left in your letterbox. It shows the date of delivery and the post office where you can collect your parcel.

Simply go to the post office indicated with the delivery notice and proof of identity.

Returns & Refunds

Would you like to make a return? Simply contact our after-sales service to make the request. Returns are handled by the RCT STORE only in the event of an error in order preparation or the presence of defective products. For size exchanges, the return is at your expense.

You can return one or more unworn items* within 30 days of receiving your parcel.

If your order has not yet been prepared, you can still cancel it. If preparation has begun, you will no longer be able to cancel your order. However, you have 30 days in which to request a return.

Making a claim for a faulty or damaged item If you find a fault with an item you've ordered, don't hesitate to fill out a return request via your customer account. A return label will then be sent to you so you can exchange the defective product. How long does it take to get my money back?

You will be reimbursed within 10 working days from the date your parcel is picked up by our logistics department. The refund will appear on your bank statement or PayPal account within 2 to 4 working days.

Click on Track a parcel on the Colissimo website. Enter your 13-digit tracking number from your proof of delivery (under the barcode on your return slip). 

Can I return a fabric mask? We consider cloth masks to be a hygiene product that cannot be returned.< Customer account Create a customer account

Each customer can have only one customer account on RCTSTORE.COM.

Place your cursor on "Log in" at the top right of the home page and click on "New customer? Create an account".

Enter your e-mail address in the field marked with an asterisk (*) in the "I am a new customer" box on the left and click on "Create an account".

You will receive confirmation of your e-mail account registration by e-mail.

Modification of personal data

Can't find your password? Retrieve your password easily from your computer or phone.

Place your cursor on "Log in" at the top right of the home page and click on this link Click on "Forgot your password?  Enter your e-mail address in the field provided You'll receive an e-mail within a few minutes with a link to create a new password. If you don't receive this e-mail, please check your "Junk" or "Spam" folder. Click on this link, enter a new password and validate it. You are now connected to your account with your new password.

To delete your customer account, please send a request from your customer account.

You do not have an order pending payment You are not awaiting a refund You no longer have credit on a gift card affiliated with your account None of your orders are being delivered last 100 days, your account will be deleted once the right of return period has expired.
