Shipping is free for all orders of at least €80 including tax, with delivery to a relay point in mainland France.
Log in to your account or register if this is your first visit by clicking on “My account”. Choose your items by selecting the desired size and add them to “My basket”.
Once you've made your selection, go to “My basket” to finalize your order.
If you have a coupon code, apply it to your basket (right-hand column).
Next, select your delivery method: Colissimo or RCT store pick-up.
Choose your payment method: credit card, PayPal or Cofidis (COFIDIS 3X & 4X).
Check your order details, then confirm.
You'll receive a confirmation e-mail within a few minutes.
For security reasons, it is not possible to validate an order by telephone. Our payment system guarantees that the payment method used belongs to the cardholder.
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail containing a tracking link to follow the delivery of your parcel.
If you have your tracking number, go to the La Poste website for real-time tracking by clicking on the following link: https://www.laposte.fr/outils/suivre-vos-envois
You can also track your parcel directly from “My account”, in the “Parcel tracking” section.
Your parcel will be delivered within 3 to 6 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) from the day your order is validated. The delivery time may be extended by 2 days for items containing flocking.
If you are absent at the time of delivery, a delivery notice will be left in your letterbox.
The delivery notice will tell you the date of the delivery and the post office where you can collect your parcel. You can then go to the post office with your delivery notice and proof of identity.
If your order has not yet been prepared, you can request a cancellation. However, if preparation has already begun, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you have 30 days to request a return.
Refunds will be made within 10 working days of receipt of your parcel by our logistics department. You will then receive the refund on your bank statement or PayPal account within 2 to 4 working days.
Returns & Refunds
You can return one or more unworn items* within 30 days of receiving your parcel.
You can request a return by clicking on the following link: https://rctstore.com/fr/module/returnmanager/manager Please note that we are only responsible for the return of your order if the item is faulty or in the event of an error in the preparation of your order.
Yes, you can drop off your parcel free of charge. However, no refunds or exchanges will be made on the spot.
If you notice a defect on an item, you can fill out a return request via your customer account. A return label will be sent to you to exchange the defective product.
The refund will be made within 10 working days from the date your parcel is received by our logistics department. You will then receive the refund on your bank statement or PayPal account within 2 to 4 working days.
MY RCT ACCOUNT
If you have forgotten your password, follow these steps:
1. Click on “Login” in the top right-hand corner of the home page and click on “Forgot your password?
2. Enter your e-mail address in the field provided.
3. You will receive an e-mail with a link to create a new password.
4. If you don't receive this e-mail, check your “Junk” or “Spam” folder.
5. Click on the link, enter a new password and confirm.
You are now connected to your account with your new password.
To delete your customer account, simply send a request from your customer account.
Before deleting your account, please ensure that you meet the following conditions:
- You have no outstanding orders.
- You are not awaiting a refund.
- You no longer have credit on a gift card affiliated to your account.
- None of your orders are in the process of being delivered.
Once these conditions are met, your account will be deleted once the right of return period is over.
